Started out at 5am in the morning when I had to go get the rental. After the rental was picked up,shower was taken and the van was packed we were finally on the road around 9:15am. Of course we hit the wonderful Long Island traffic, but once we made it off the island it was clear sailing on our way to Corning NY. Linda, Maria and myself talked about ourselves and our love for Kung Fu and of course Chris. I think all the talking we did really helped us not only take our mind off of the rain, but we got to know each other better.

I still couldn't believe that we were on our way to Fu Fest, seemed like yesterday we were just hearing about Fu Fest and now it is finally here.

We finally made it up to Corning NY 6 hrs later, we got settled into the hotel and after relaxing for a couple of hours and getting to see the last couple of minutes of Fu. Linda and I asked Maria what American food she would now like to try and Maria's answer was Chinese food, so off we were in search of a chinese food place for Maria. We planned out our day for Wednesday and went to bed to get a good night sleep for our adventure we were about to embark on the next day.

Today started off at 11am, after breakfast. With our day planned we heading for the Corning Glass Factory. We got to see how glass was made which was very interesting, then we were able to see the different types of glass that was made through the ages. Once the tour of the factory was over, we decided to head down to the marketplace. We walked around and looked at the shops, we had lunch at a nice cafe. With a full day put in of walking around I decided to head back to the hotel while Linda and Maria went to the store before returning themselves.

We got to watch Fu today and of course they had to show my favorite episode ¨The Bardo¨. The rest of the night was basically all of us writing something, wether it was me writing one of my stories or this report, Linda writing her report and Maria doing the same and work on her stories, we ended up having a relaxing night.

Tomorrow we are off to Canada and our first stop will be Stratford were we will be seeing Katie Totter in her play ¨A Winters Tale¨. So until tomorrow when the report will continue bye for now.
