When the ATF van is run off the road by the explosion, look carefully as the van tumbles down the hill. The shot of the van heading toward us is the last one that camera ever took. That's because the van crashed into the camera. The next angle is from a distance. If you slow it down, you can see the van hit the camera:-) Fortunately, no one was behind the camera at the time. They set it up so they can film from a distance without being in danger.

When Peter, Caine and the campers are running from the men, they're all on the same side of the mountain, even though they want you to believe that one group is across from the other. When the guys show up with their rifles and start shooting the Caine group across the way, the path both groups take is the same. They just want us to believe they're on different sides of the valley or canyon or whatever.
