| Script differences | |
| One thing about the
script from Prism is that Kermit joins in on the fight
outside the courthouse. After it's over he asks Caine and
Peter who those guys were. It's Kermit who says,
"Bless you," when Caine says, "Wang
Ching.":-) Peter: "Wang Ching. Hong Kong triad. They killed Fletcher." Kermit: "I would assume because he forced them out of their own business. Question is, can you prove it?" Peter: "If you can get Stacy to buy us some time..." Caine: "I believe it is called a 'recess'." Kermit considers, then. Kermit: "Oh, yeah." |

| There is more dialog
from Peter while they're in the prism. When they first
arrive he panics, afraid that the others might see them.
Caine tells him not to worry that no one can see him.
Peter asks how they can stop this, and Caine explains
that they can't. He starts to explain that "they
must observe the..." Peter: "...the objective reality of the moment." |

| When Peter hears
Demeter's voice in the radio by Simms, he says,
"Speaking of which." (gestures) "Demeter
and Egstrom are right over there." When Carrie Egstrom tells Demeter that she can get closer. He says, "Do it." (grumbles) "I don't know why she took the point anyway." Carrie: "Maybe because this is the locals show?" Demeter: (and still grumbling) "Move out, Agent Egstrom. Move out." When Peter sees himself, he pauses and says, "Excuse me..." Then goes off to follow Carrie. There is a part that describes Caine and Peter's swim after the gun. Peter sees the Wang Ching assassins as in Caine's vision and he wants to persue them, but Caine directs him toward the gun. |

| The tag is different.
Again, in this case, I only have certain pages from the
script, so I'm assuming the rest of the episode is the
same as aired. The scene shows Ancient's koi pond, where
they show the assassin's face dissolve away with Caine
and Peter's materializing in its place. The camera angle changes to show Caine and Peter staring into the koi pond. Peter: "Is he gone?" Caine: "For now." (beat) "But his appearance has left you with something else." Peter: "What?" Caine: "The ability to see into the prism. To see a larger truth." Peter considers this and nods. Peter: "Yeah. And one more thing..." (off Caine's expression) "Another reminder of just how much I need you." Caine gives Peter a hug. And as they walk away from the koi pond. We hear over their backs... Peter's voice: "Will that ever change?" Caine: "I do not think so." |
