Script differences  
In the script, there is more to the beginning of the scene with Peter and Simms. They establish the time of day.

Broderick: "Ever wonder why I live in a small apartment with three cats, four gold trophies and memories of very beautiful women?"
Peter: (a smile) "Never even crossed my mind, Sarge."
Broderick: "Because I'm a workaholic and spend too many hours in this place. Go home to Jordan." (as he moves away; wryly) "Or whoever's sharing your apartment these days.

" Peter smiles again...

This is when Captain Simms calls him into her office.

There is something Peter says, that I don't think is in the episode

Simms: "I'm sure the 'Captain's face' you see is a severe one."
Peter: (mischievously) "Not the one that looks toward Kermit's office."
Simms: "I[m going to ignore that..."

Then she continues with her dialog from there.

When Peter offers to go up to the Sentinel for a weekend, he asks Simms what Todd looks like. She shows him a photo.

Peter: "Looks like you." (touching her arm) "I know all about resenting a parent for desertion. Let me see what I can find out. Goodnight, Captain."

Simms does not move to the door when she says, thank you.
