Citizen Caine
| Trivia | Contributor |
| The
apartment complex is on Nottingham. Robin Hood stole from the rich to help the poor in Nottingham. Caine is helping the poor. Therefore, Caine is Robin Hood:-) Caine vs. Abel Lennox = Caine and Abel = Cain and Abel |

| I
noticed a tiny piece of "real life continuity"
in CC tonight....Sandra Mason talks on her news byte
about the campaign in "Division Five"....which
is what Chinatown in Toronto is in. |

| Script differences | |
| In the script, when Lennox's men
are tearing up Caine's signs on the street, there is a
dialog between Caine and Peter just before they enter the
fight. Peter: "Okay, here's my problem with this whole issue of neutrality and right paths and wrong paths -- it all boils down to who gets the responsibility of deciding which is which?" Caine: "Each of us does. With our heart -- and our vote, of course." (a beat) "Are you registered, my son?" Peter blanches, is saved from answering, however, as he notices Caine's face suddenly furrow in concentration. |

| When
Caine and Peter prevent the thugs from switching the
ballot boxes, Peter says, "Just think what you could
do if you were President." |

| In
Captain Simms' office, after she comments on his new
attitude, she asks Peter if he is going to accept the
Lieutenancy. Peter: "I don't know, Captain. I know it's a little more money, carrer advancement. I also know I'd have to leave here for another precinct." Simms: "For a desk at another precinct..." |

| When
Peter uncovers the photo in the warehouse, Captain Simms
congratulates him and says, "Just remember...Brass
doesn't usually get to do this." (a beat)
"They're usually the ones saying,
'Congratulations.'" There is a look between them
before he leaves. |

| In
the tag, as Peter and Caine are walking outside, Peter
starts their discussion with, "Have I ever told you
what a major influence you are in my life?" Caine shrugs. Peter: "I mean some sons do just the opposite of what their father does. Just to be rebellious. Contrary. Price they pay is sometimes messing up their lives." Caine: (shrugs again) "Peter. What is it you are trying to say?" That's when Peter goes into his decision not to be a lieutenant. |

| The
snowball in the tag was spontaneous, not scripted:-) Chris explained at a con that he could see - out the corner of his eye - that David was prepping the snowballs. I think he said David would sneak around behind the camera and throw them when CP least expected:-) |
