during filming, because we were informed that he would
have demonstrated the weapons in the flashback had he
felt better. |

| When Jack Wong was
supposed to thrust his knife into the Ancient's leg, the
actor, Von Flores was supposed to thrust the knife into a
box in the distant shot (not the close up), making us
believe he jabs it into the Ancient's leg. He ended up
accidentally missing his target and that is why he is
laughing. They director liked it and they kept it in the
scene. |

| In the script, when
Caine tells Peter that he reminds him of his mother he
adds, "Yes. There is a great deal of her in
you." Peter replies with, "Like what?" Caine: "Impulsiveness - quick to anger - slow to forgive. She would not tolerate unfairness. And she was even more impatient than you." Peter: "Really?" Caine: "Oh, yes." |
